An artwork proof with revisions will be emailed within 24 hours of your purchase. Once approved, your order will be printed within 48 hours.

All orders are shipped with Australia Post, ensuring fast and reliable delivery all across the country.

Design Tips

High-quality stickers, use 300 DPI images or vector files such as .AI or .EPS
High-res PNG and PDF files are also great options
Keep in mind: if your file looks pixelated or blurry on screen or in the proof, it will print that way too
To ensure the best results, please upload print-ready artwork when possible

Returns

Returns will be accepted for up to 14 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:

Received the wrong item
Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging)
Item had defects

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.

Had some custom shape stickers ordered and they were delivered within about a week (i live in Perth). Initially, i was sent the wrong design (a previous design i had ordered before), and after notifying StickerDirect about the issue, they promptly replied and offered to re-send my stickers for free. The quality of these stickers are also great!

My sticker sheets

The stickers, the artwork and the size are exactly what I wanted. However, the substrate paper that they on is to thick and I have to use a box cutter or cricut weeding tool to get them off.
