Terms and conditions
ARTWORK APPROVAL
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all artwork proofs before approving production.
Approval of a proof confirms that all artwork, spelling, sizing, colours, quantities, cut lines, and design elements are correct.
Once a proof has been approved and production has commenced, Sticker Direct accepts no responsibility for errors contained within the approved artwork. Refunds, replacements, or reprints will not be provided for errors that were approved by the customer.
CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED ARTWORK
Customers warrant that they own, or have obtained all necessary permissions to use, any artwork, logos, trademarks, photographs, designs, or other content supplied to Sticker Direct.
The customer accepts full responsibility for any claims, damages, losses, or legal costs arising from copyright infringement, trademark infringement, or any other intellectual property dispute relating to supplied artwork.
Sticker Direct reserves the right to refuse any artwork it believes may infringe intellectual property rights or contain offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate content.
COLOUR MATCHING
All products are printed using commercial CMYK printing processes unless otherwise specified.
Colours displayed on screens, mobile devices, proofs, and monitors may differ from the final printed product due to differences in display settings, materials, inks, laminates, lighting conditions, and printing methods.
Exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed unless specifically agreed to in writing prior to production.
Minor colour variations shall not be considered a defect.
LOW-RESOLUTION ARTWORK
Customers are responsible for supplying artwork suitable for print production.
Sticker Direct is not responsible for poor print quality resulting from low-resolution, pixelated, compressed, blurry, or otherwise unsuitable artwork supplied by the customer.
Where possible, Sticker Direct may advise customers if artwork quality appears insufficient; however, final responsibility remains with the customer.
PRODUCT SIZE TOLERANCES
Due to manufacturing processes, slight variations in size, shape, colour, cut position, and quantity may occur.
Unless otherwise stated, a production tolerance of up to 3mm may apply to finished products.
Such variations shall not be considered defects.
DELIVERY AND TURNAROUND TIMES
Production and delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
Sticker Direct is not liable for delays caused by freight carriers, weather events, customs delays, supplier shortages, equipment failures, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Delivery timeframes provided by courier companies are estimates only.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sticker Direct’s total liability for any claim relating to goods or services supplied shall be limited to:
(a) replacement of the goods; or
(b) refund of the amount paid for the goods.
Sticker Direct shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or economic loss, including loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of opportunity.
AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by law.
Where permitted by law, Sticker Direct limits its liability to the replacement of goods or refund of the purchase price paid.
